Create Lab Test

NOTE: Please make sure service that will be used for the Lab test has been created. or kindly follow this link to create the service . Please make sure you have the appropriate permissions

1) Log into the hms

2) Open the lab module

3) Click on the "Configuration" and then the "lab test"

4) Click on "create"

5) Please Enter the "test name", in the Name section, and select the service that was created in the previous steps.  Proceed to picking the sample type, and the category that you would want it to be under.

6) Please pick if the test data will be "qualitative"/"quantitative". and verify the right information of company and Lab.

7) Add the parameters and its appropriate description of the test

8) After which, "save" the test , and this should be visible in your test request.
